One of our most recent completed projects. After completing a previous project on this same street we saw the potential of this area. The lot previously had a poorly maintained bungalow that was an eyesore. The structure was demolished and we built these two town homes. The homes complement neighbouring Victorian homes and pull together the street without blending in. Each unit is over 2000 square feet. They have 3 bedrooms and 4 washrooms each. We are very proud that these homes have been completed according to plan, budget and look great. One final note is that this is our home! Our offices are located here at 5 Allen Avenue.
